Free Online NSFW Detection — AI Content Moderation Tool

Easily analyze your images for content characteristics with our free online tool. Using image processing algorithms, it examines color distribution, skin-tone detection, and texture patterns to provide confidence scores across 5 categories. Perfect for content moderation, ensuring appropriate image content, or checking images before sharing. All processing happens in your browser for complete privacy.

1. Upload

Upload one or multiple images by dragging them onto the upload area or clicking to browse.

2. Batch Upload

Each image is analyzed automatically by the AI model — results show confidence scores across all 5 categories.

Tips for NSFW Detection

  • The model achieves ~90% accuracy with the MobileNetV2 model. For production-level moderation, consider reviewing flagged images manually.
  • Images are analyzed as a whole — the model looks for contextual cues, not just specific body parts. Results reflect the overall content of the image.
  • The model files (~2.6 MB) are hosted on our own server — no external CDN requests needed. After first download, they're cached by your browser.

Frequently Asked Questions — NSFW Detection

Is the NSFW detection tool really free?

Yes, completely free. No registration, no hidden charges, no watermarks, and no file size limits. The AI model runs entirely in your browser via TensorFlow.js — your images never leave your device.

How does NSFW detection work?

Our tool uses a MobileNetV2 neural network trained on thousands of labeled images across 5 categories: Drawing (safe illustrations), Hentai (artistic explicit content), Neutral (safe photos), Porn (explicit photographic content), and Sexy (suggestive but non-explicit). The model analyzes the entire image and outputs a confidence score for each category. The highest-scoring category is highlighted as the primary prediction.

How accurate is the NSFW detection?

The MobileNetV2 model achieves approximately 90% accuracy on standard benchmarks. Accuracy may vary depending on image quality, content type, and edge cases. For critical moderation workflows, we recommend combining automated detection with human review.

What image formats are supported?

JPG, PNG, WebP, BMP, AVIF, GIF, TIFF, SVG, HEIC and more. Images are automatically resized for analysis.

Can I use this for automated content moderation?

Yes, the tool can be used as part of a content moderation pipeline. However, for automated moderation decisions, we recommend setting conservative thresholds and combining with human review, as no automated system is 100% accurate.

Does the tool store or transmit any images?

No. All processing happens 100% in your browser. Images are never uploaded to any server, stored, or transmitted over the network. The AI model and all data files are served from our own server and cached in your browser.

How large of an image can I process?

Our tool handles images up to 50 megapixels (50,000,000 pixels total). Images are resized for the neural network input, so very large images may take slightly longer to read.
